1. Our approach

RxFlavor is designed around a privacy-conscious workflow. We collect the flavor and experience information needed to generate recommendations and optional follow-up, and we avoid becoming a full patient-record system.

2. Information we collect

• Pharmacy account details, such as pharmacy name, team member names, and work email.
• Questionnaire configuration created by pharmacy staff.
• Flavor preferences and responses submitted through the Flavor Wizard.
• Optional internal patient references entered by the pharmacy.
• Basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide flavor recommendations, operate and improve the service, provide support, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate RxFlavor (such as hosting, authentication, and payment processing), and where required by law. These providers are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Access to pharmacy data is limited to authorized team members of that pharmacy.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Pharmacies may request deletion of their data subject to applicable requirements.

7. Your choices

Pharmacy administrators can manage team access and account details within RxFlavor. Patients can decline optional follow-up during the Flavor Wizard.
